MY POLICIES

· My Policy is to Attend training sessions and conferences. I truly believe that training sessions and seminars offer to professionals the opportunity to practice their professional abilities outside of the workplace. For example, I would like to demonstrate my communication skills by interacting with other workplaces' participants. I would like to plan and include in my calendar associated training programs where I can learn different professional qualities that other people may demonstrate . I am very happy when I discover a webinar that focuses on emotional intelligence. To reach my goals , I am searching online to find desirable learning program.

My Policy is to obey a teamwork. I am absolutely confident that a teamwork is the major foundation brick in a business success. When I am referring to the ability to work as part of a team, I mean that I have to be prepared to becoming a good team player, demonstrate support to my colleagues, promote a positive work environment, and be reedy to substitute any team worker in a work place. This why I always keep my eye on updates related to improvement teamwork skills such as conflict management and resolution, negotiation and relationship building.
